Meet Vaishnavi Rajagopal

Founder & Lead College Counselor

Armed with an MBA from the University of Nebraska, an Engineering degree from the University of Pune, and a UCLA certification in college counseling, I bring strategic insight and specialized expertise to college admissions. As an active member of IECA and NACAC, I pair professional know-how with a genuine passion for mentoring students.

Backed by two decades of leadership roles at multiple Fortune 500 companies, I understand what true success looks like—and how to achieve it through strategic planning and attention to detail. Inspired by my own son's admissions journey, I founded VR College Solutions to provide the one-on-one, detail-focused support every student deserves at this pivotal time.

Over the past several years, I’ve helped dozens of students, including many talented students from financially challenged backgrounds, achieve admission to prestigious universities, including multiple University of California (UC) schools and elite institutions like Harvard, with tremendous success.
